On line registration through our web site is a simple process of only 5 steps, before you receive final confirmation:

  1. Registration per category: You should be to carry out up to 6 person registration per category and at the same time (Attendant or Companion person).
  2. Registration Review: You should be able to obtain at that moment a summary for the final charge per person, as well as the total to be paid.
  3. Personal Information: You should fill out personal information (Name, Last name, e-mail address, etc)
  4. Payment: Will be carry out by credit card. We use SSL system.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive by electronic e-mail confirmation with all the details of the participants and services included.

The registration includes:

Presenters, Delegates and Speaker:

Accreditation module, participation in the scientific activities (working sessions, opening and closing activities, keynote conferences), social activities of the official program, certificate of attendance and of author in case of presenting a work. Havana – Cayo Santa María – Havana group bus transfer, 4 nights in the all-inclusive hotel where the meeting will take place in a double occupied room. For single occupation rooms the registration fee rises to 800 €.


Participation in the opening and closing activities, social activities of the official program, allegorical souvenir to the event. Companion persons fee is 600 € for double occupation rooms.

Solways Cuba is the web travel agent for the Humboldt Symposium of NATURAL Sciencesin collaboration with the Organizing Committe of the event. In order to benefit from the special condition, please use the following booking method:

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by fax (53 7 204 5956) or e-mail to info@humboldtsymposiumcuba.com  Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Payment Condition:

All registrations require prepayment.

Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros for online payment. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.

The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.

Accreditations made directly in Cuba are being quoted in CUC or USD according to the table above. They could be made in advance to the Organizing Committee as a bank transfer to the account:

VERY IMPORTANT: Any money transfer must be labeled with the name and category of payment (room occupancy desired and transportation origin of Havana or Santa Clara) for each participant. 

It could be also paid in advance by a check in CUC to “Sociedad Cubana de Química” or in cash according to a schedule to be announced. 

Granted participation 

A limited number of participants will be allowed to do the payment in Cuban CUP currency at the same rates as CUC’s after the decision of the Organizing Committee on the basis of their poster qualities. All poster submissions wanting to compete for such grants must address Lic. Alejandro Rodríguez Serradet (arodriguez@fq.uh.cu) by an email asking for such a grant and an abstract of the submitted poster as an attachment (either in Word of PDF formats). The deadline for such application is May 31, 2019.

  • Devolution it will be to the same credit card that you made a payment ,except 20.00  EUROS for administration fees.
